Game Review: State of Decay 2 (Xbox One)

I want to tell you that State of Decay 2 is light years ahead of its predecessor. That every faucet has been improved and it will go down in history as one of the ‘great’ zombie games. Sadly as good as State of Decay can be it is marred by repetitive and restrictive gameplay, poor graphics and frustrating bugs.

Game Review: Rime (Xbox One X)

Rime is an adventure puzzle video game developed by Tequila Works, it released in 2017. If there were to be one aspect that surpassed the visuals or story then it would have to be the soundtrack that accompanies them. Genuinely, it is something special. Rime wouldn’t have the special ambience or be as emotive as it is without its spectacular music. Listening to it play as you roam around can only be described as magical.

Top 10: Things I Want to See at E3 2018

Another year, another E3 to get hyped about. Overhyped would probably be a better way of describing it. Still, it’s something I look forward to every year. It’s a joy to witness all of the new gaming experiences being unveiled on the big stage. With just a couple of weeks to go, let’s have a look at some potential announcements.

Game Review: Cuphead (Xbox One)

Cuphead, has anyone heard of this game? It released in 2017, sold two million copies and won numerous awards in that year. Believe it or not, the game was originally revealed at E3 in 2014. Developer & Publisher StudioMDHR delayed Cuphead time and time again until it was entirely ready. I’ve been waiting a long time to play it and now I have, was it worth the wait?
