From Buried Hatchet Productions, the team behind the great horror short Motion Detected, comes Misprint. Directed/shot/edited/written by Vincent Dormani and starring Frank Dormani who also did the score.

Buy Me a Coffee at ko-fi.com

Misprint tells a chilling story about a man who gets a nasty surprise come out of his printer. Someone has been taking photos of him without his knowledge and are now sending it to his printer. As the man says himself… what the fuck?

As more pictures come through it becomes clear that this photographer has access to his home. Then the last picture comes through and it will send a chill through your body. Want to know what happens next? Check out the short yourself below.

This is excellent. Exceptionally creepy even though you know exactly the direction it is going in. Enhanced by an excellent score, it gets the hairs standing up on the body even as it ends with some level of ambiguity. E.g., who and why. It hardly matters, the sense of relief that is felt once it ends and the tension dissipates tells you exactly how good this short is.
