Horror Movie Review: Lifeforce (1985)

Lifeforce deserves the ‘so bad, it’s good’ tag because of how many commendable things it has going for it or it at least tries to do. We’re talking about a movie directed by the late Tobe Hooper. A movie written by the late Dan O’Bannon and based off the book ‘The Space Vampires’ by Colin Wilson.

Horror Movie Review: The Isle (2019)

A serviceable idea but with a flawed execution, The Isle is a supernatural horror that is well made, looks great and competently acted. However, it’s entertainment value comes in spurts and they’re short. Sadly, The Isle is just often a boring movie even if the eerie tone and mythology is attention grabbing.

Horror Movie Review: Killer Bash (2005)

Horror Movie Review: Rock ‘n’ Roll Nightmare (1987)

A bit of a cult classic, most probably won’t understand why until the final 15 minutes. When we reach that point, good god does Rock ‘n’ Roll Nightmare come into its own. It’s outrageously silly, so much so that it’s hard not to love every minute of it. This is a great example of a ‘so bad, it’s good’ horror movie.
