After years of hard work, the fuzzy stoner rock/metal band, Ditch are back, having released their brand-new album ‘The Traveler’ on February 14th, 2025. It is their first full-length album since the release of their critically acclaimed debut album, ‘Boca Do Inferno’ in 2014.

A dynamic and diverse collection of songs, ‘The Traveler’ is a modern and unique twist on stoner rock and metal. Featuring pounding drums, massive fuzz-heavy guitars, and roaring bass. Completing the wall-of-sound many listeners crave. Yet there’s also room for dreamy, space-y segments, plus a variety of tempos. 40+ minutes of what stoner rock/stoner metal is all about.

We spoke to guitarist and backing vocalist Eric Hazebroek about the new album, learning more about the process behind its creation, the journey to its release, and so much more.
