A re-imagining of classic building sim games (Sim City etc), Pocket City makes you the mayor of your own unique city. You are in control of turning it from a one-horse town into a bustling metropolis.
Hole.io is a hell of a popular game and after playing it, it’s easy to see why as it’s fairly addictive. It’s is also the perfect example of Voodoo’s ‘one more go’ style of games. That being said, it is a seriously flawed game with issues that end up taking away from the overall enjoyment of the experience.
Coming from prolific mobile devolper Ketchapp and Ava Games, Clumsy Climber is a free to play game that follows a tried and tested formula. Simple to play, difficult to master, limited but addictive gameplay, little replay value and a silly asking price for the sole in-app purchase of removing ads.
Alto’s Odyssey looks to take the core gameplay and mechanics of the first game and make them better, all while adding new features and challenges.
The developer Voodoo have taken their Baseball Boy game and given it a new skin. A football skin named Soccer Kick. After all it is World Cup season!
I’m Ping Pong King 🙂 is a fun stickman version of ping pong/table tennis with simplicity and addictive gameplay at its core. Minimalistic but cleverly challenging, this is a shining example of how to do free to play right by Orangenose Studios.
Finally coming to Xbox One after originally being released on PlayStation 4 the previous year, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is nostalgic gold but not without its faults.
