Originally released in 2003, The Black Mirror was a third-person point and click horror game. A very successful game, it would get two sequels before being rebooted at the end of 2017. The reboot would drop the point and click style of gameplay in favour of a more ‘free-roaming’ adventure style.
Just Ignore Them is an adult-themed story driven experience. One with a plot that can change depending on choices the player makes.
Granny is back and this time she is not alone. Granny Chapter 2 gives you five days to escape. Solve puzzles to unlock doors and dodge dangerous traps all while the titular characters of Granny and Grandpa stalk the halls.
Paper Dolls: Original has promise. A first-person horror game steeped in Eastern culture. One that combines puzzle solving, exploration and scares. The end result though is lacklustre and disappointing yet it isn’t a terrible game.

Through the Woods is a third-person Norwegian horror adventure video game developed by the indie studio Antagonist. Indie as hell, it begun life as a student project before transitioning to Kickstarter where it was full funded. Originally released on Steam and Windows in the latter half of 2016, it has now made its way to the Xbox One.
The true strength of the poorly titled, Remothered: Tormented Fathers lies in one particular area…its narrative. What we have here is a survival horror game that chills, intrigues and shocks.
