The Crooked Man was released in 2016 and is every bit a TV movie as you might expect. Both in storytelling, acting and visual quality. Now that might make you think it’s not worth checking out but you might be surprised by certain elements.
It’s back! Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes was released in 2006. It showed promise with its devotion to the original and mix of practical and CGI effects. Sadly the end result is very passable.
The Stuff is one of those horrors that I feel like I’ve seen time and time again but never all the way through. Not sure why, considering its satirical poke at consumerism and corporate greed is fun to watch.
Up there as one of the most unnecessary sequels ever, The Descent: Part 2 lacks in almost every department when compared to the original. However, as a stand-alone movie, it’s perfectly fine.
The Babysitter tries really hard. Really hard to balance horror and comedy but comes up short in both departments inevitably.

An incoherent mess, the most notable thing about Fever Lake is that it stars Corey Haim (The Lost Boys, Silver Bullet) but that is about it. Unless you think Slater (Mario Lopez) from Saved by the Bell is notable.
