Horror Short Review: MOM (2022)

A student-made horror short by Clark Films, MOM is a showcase of budding talent that manages to tell a powerful story in around two minutes. It doesn’t have loads to say, but what it does say is effective.

Using clever angles, quick cuts, the ticking of a clock, and haunting melody, it sets the scene for a young boy to make a horrifying discovery when he is woken up late one night.

It’s barely two minutes of your time, so certainly worth a watch, if just for the final scene.
