Horror Short Review: 6-7 Part 3 (2026)

If there is a dead horse, ACMofficial will be around to flog it. Giving us the third entry in their 6-7 horror short series and guaranteeing that any ‘cool factor’ associated with the meme has long disappeared.

Written (alongside Jed Brian) and directed by Alex Magaña, 6-7 Part 3 stars Mabel Bea as Harper, a young woman who busts myths on TikTok. Tonight, she will be doing the 6-7 challenge which requires a person to do the 6-7 thing 6 or 7 times in the mirror, and if done correctly, it will summon… something.

It’s just a myth, right?

Credit must be given to ACM for getting so much milage out of a dumb meme, but they’ve hit a brick wall with this one. Not only is it really dumb, but it’s just ripping off Bloody Mary//Candyman to tell a shoulder-shrugging story that isn’t scary in the slightest. I’ve not enjoyed any of these shorts, and while this isn’t the worst one, it’s so forgettable.
