Cincinnati’s resident doom metal overlords Cult of Sorrow are preparing to unleash a dire torrent of traditional doom upon the underground music scene this fall: Invocation of the Lucifer, a second full-length that showcases the band’s songwriting growth and displays a ferocity not yet unleashed on the earlier releases. Invocation of the Lucifer will be released on September 20th, 2019.
Georgia doom metal trio Negative Wall will release their debut album Gammagelu on February 8th 2019 via Black Doomba Records. Formed just this year, the band recorded Gammagelu in seven days following only seven rehearsals.
