Horror Movie Review: Tenants (2024)
Tenants, an anthology horror that hits and misses, like so many others. Happily though, it’s more hits than misses.

Promising something far more creative than it inevitably can deliver, Mr. Crocket is a frustrating watch. Even with a solid story from director Brandon Espy and Carl Reid, and a strong villainous portrayal of the titular character by Elvis Nolasco.
Written and directed by Benjamin Barfoot, Daddy’s Head has a very creative concept and some of the finest acting seen in a horror/thriller this year, but it just can’t quite sustain its early promise.
Written by Simon Phillips and directed by Taylor Martin, Silent Bite is a festive horror film with some fangs.
Written by Christopher Jolley and directed Jack E. Bell, there’s a serviceable attempt to make Granny Krampus a more meaningful film. Written by David Lenik and directed by Charlie Steeds, He Sees You When You’re Sleeping is a festive horror film that can be summed up as unremarkable in almost every way.
From director Alice Maio Mackay, who co-wrote the story with Benjamin Pahl Robinson, comes a trans-positive and queer-friendly holiday horror that stars Jeremy Moineau, as Lola, trans woman heading home for Christmas.
